Elphas Owino is a writer from the Kenya lake region and the founder of Homa Book Club with adequate experience from Maseno University with a Bachelor's degree Arts , Literature. I have contributed to the anthology of poetry published at InterCen Publishers_Kakamega ,Kenya;edited by Wandera Barrack , Dr Bryson Omwalo, Dr John Luke Midega and Egara Kabaji.
