There is a sudden realisation in the characteristic nature of leadership style in this country that is notably and rapidly precipitating into a norm and culture. For some mysterious reason, leaders in this country, the majority and minority alike have the tendency of suddenly becoming clever once an overturn in the political energy of the executive does not favour them. They immediately start speaking the language of common mwananchi, criticising the government and aligning themselves with utopic ideas. Also, they become meticulous in execution through checks and balances, oversighting the government with an embolden, elaborate and sometimes more opportunistic ideas. But what's been the invisible wall? What really happens when these same leaders gets granted the opportunity to serve in the various capacities they once oversighted? That is my case study!
