Communicative English Grammer is a unique book which can be used both as a textbook and a reference book. It is designed for native speakers and non-native speakers of English, either as a second or foreign language. It is relevant and useful to students, teachers at all levels of education and other people interested in English Language, such as public speakers, education quality assurers, office front desk workers, publishers as well as English Language Curriculumn developers. The topics contained in this book are valid and reliable around the world, putting into consideration that English is an International language. In 1984, the late Julius K. Nyerere, former president of Tanzania, asserted that “English is Kiswahili of the world.” These words emphasized the importance of understanding English as an international language. Thus, this book has universal relevance and application which make it withstand the test of times throughout ages. Accordingly, I recommend this book to be available in the shelves of every library at secondary schools, colleges and universities, even in the shelves of Regional Libraries where it can be accessd by wide audience of readers because of its importance.
