Help You? As Who?

Author Elvis Ondieki

Naii is not a city for the courteous or the altruistic. It is a place where hearts are hardened, where the soulless thrive and interpersonal relationships are cultured in the petri dish of suspicion. In this captivating novella, a young man accidentally drops his wallet on the road while inside a moving matatu. As he seeks to regain it, he encounters the city in its full colours. Help You? As Who? is Elvis Ondieki’s third book, adding to the novel Hide Your Lungs and the collection of short stories and poems titled Because Everyone Becomes Yesterday’s Newspaper. An award-winning journalist with the Nation Media Group, Elvis majored in literature at Moi University.
